The place is considered to be seasonal and it is very good to come here when the season of strawberry is on. Everything is reasonably priced here and kids are totally enjoying gathering the strawberries in the field. Be cautious, though, the fields can be rather wet. Here you can also feed animals, ride horses, have your face painted and of course take remarkable photos and have great memories that will last for much time to come.
Among Chesapeake parks Northwest River Park takes good place. You can expect a lot of activities for whole family here, such as fishing, kayaking, hiking and so on. It is one of the most inexpensive places out there. If you come here for the first time you will be astounded how everybody is friendly and helpful there. They even have some educational stuff that is kept in the ranger station.
