Duke City Tattoo Fiesta will take place in the Isleta Resort & Casino. It is a very nice place where you can get your tattoo design. For many years tattoos became more and more popular. If in the beginning of the 20th century the amount of tattooed people was considered to be 6% of population, the year of 2012 showed that 40% of people have at least one tattoo design.
